With a significant operational footprint, strong community reputation and workforce of several hundred staff, Carrington operates across a complex multi service environment and continues to evolve within an increasingly regulated and customer focused sector.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer will provide executive leadership across Carrington’s operational portfolio, with responsibility for operational performance, service delivery, workforce leadership and organisational capability across multiple sites and service streams.
This is a broad leadership role requiring oversight of large operational teams, leadership through senior managers and close collaboration across clinical, customer and corporate functions. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting operational improvement, service quality and the ongoing development of the organisation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced senior executive with a strong background leading large scale operational environments within aged care, healthcare or related human services sectors.
You will bring relevant experience leading through senior operational leaders across multi-site environments in aged care together with strong operational, workforce and stakeholder management capability.
Importantly, you will be a visible and engaging leader with the ability to build credibility across operational teams, executive colleagues, residents, families and the Board.

The State Director provides strategic leadership, direction and governance for all Key Assets Australia (KAA) services across Western Australia. The role is accountable for translating and executing organisational strategy within the jurisdiction, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of services. As a member of the National Leadership Team, the State Director contributes to enterprise-wide decision making and ensures alignment between national priorities and local implementation.
The State Director should set exemplary standards of behaviour and performance, promoting the vision and values of Key Assets Australia and work collaboratively with respect and integrity.

The successful candidate will have significant senior leadership experience within child and family services, foster care, community services, human services or related sectors.
Experience leading through senior leaders, driving organisational growth, managing financial performance and working with government and external stakeholders will be essential.
Strong strategic leadership, commercial acumen and experience operating within complex regulated environments are also required.
